At uvBeast, we stand behind the precision and quality of our UV technology. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return your items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team via our website or email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack the uvBeast device in its original packaging, ensuring all accessories, batteries, and documentation are included to qualify for a full refund.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the provided return shipping label and attach it clearly to the outside of your package before dropping it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians receive and inspect your device for functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
